Tri-Fold Golf Towels

The tri-fold is the default golf towel because it solves an actual problem: folded in three it clips to a bag without trailing, and unfolded it is long enough to reach into a bag and dry a full set of grips.

The grommet placement is what separates a good one from a bad one. Set it in the centre of the top panel and the towel hangs square; set it in a corner, as cheap towels do, and it twists and drags on the ground by the fourth hole.
